Continued Mental Health Care After Workers' Compensation

Reached MMI or P&S? Settled Your Workers' Compensation Case?

If you have reached Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI), been found Permanent and Stationary (P&S), or settled your workers' compensation claim, you may still need ongoing mental health treatment. While your workers' compensation case may be ending, your emotional recovery and mental well-being remain important.

Our clinic provides affordable self-pay options for individuals who have:

  • Reached Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI)

  • Settled their workers' compensation case

  • Transitioned out of workers' compensation treatment

  • Lost access to previously authorized psychiatric or therapy services

  • Need ongoing medication management or psychotherapy

Continuity of Care Matters

Mental health recovery does not always end when a workers' compensation case closes. Continuing treatment can help maintain progress, prevent symptom recurrence, and support long-term emotional well-being.

Many individuals continue to experience:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Post-traumatic stress symptoms (PTSD)

  • Sleep disturbances

  • Chronic stress

  • Pain-related emotional challenges

  • Adjustment difficulties following a workplace injury

Our clinic provides:

  • Psychiatric evaluations

  • Medication management

  • Individual psychotherapy

  • Treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment difficulties, and related conditions

  • Personalized treatment plans based on your current needs

Reduced Self-Pay Rates Available

We understand that transitioning from workers' compensation coverage to self-pay treatment can create financial challenges. To help maintain access to care, we offer reduced self-pay rates for eligible individuals whose workers' compensation cases have reached MMI or have been settled.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $200

Follow-up for medication management: $120
